Bilbo Baggins Plushie

This is a pocket sized Bilbo plushie I made for Secret Santa this year, because if anyone in our Tuna is as much a fan of Tolkien as I am is Catarina, and she totally deserved something special. (She was ecstatic when she received it!)

We were supposed to make (or buy) gifts that weren't more expensive than 5€, so I decided to put my old scraps of fabric to good use and create a Bilbo plushie to keep her company until the next Hobbit movie.

I took the picture next to the book so you'll have a size reference (he's about 13cm tall and 9cm wide). The clothes were a nightmare to sew by machine, if I make another one I'll probably sew them by hand, but they didn't turn out that bad, I think.

Then I also customized the bag by drawing part of the Erebor map (as shown in the movie) and writing in runes, so she'd have some extra work decoding it. (I'm so mad at myself for writing Baggins wrong, argh!)
